Patti Schofler's book "FLIGHT WITHOUT WINGS:
The Arabian Horse and The Show World"
FLIGHT WITHOUT WINGS chronicles the legends,
lore and history of the world's oldest breed that epitomizes
equine versatility. This book details the essential
qualities and capabilities needed for success in the
show arena where the Arabian participates in all disciplines
of English, Western, dressage, driving and inhand
horse show classes. It shares sound advice from
top trainers and exhibitors on preparation for and competition
in these shows while outlining the who, what
where, when and how of the Arabian show circuit.
A local award winning author, Patti has written for the major equestrian publications. She is an active horse show manager and exhibitor who lives in Petaluma.
The Golden Gate AHA hosted a book signing on November 7 in Cotati. Patti spoke to an enthusiastic crowd and signed copies of her book. |
